The Solid Oak Blocked worktop offers a timeless warmth and natural character to any kitchen. Smoothly sanded with a subtle, golden oak grain, the blocked construction (multiple staves glued together) provides a stable, uniform surface with attractive end‑grain variations. Available in three thicknesses — 22mm, 27mm and a robust 38mm — and in lengths from 2m up to 4m. Each worktop is finished to highlight the oak’s natural figure and can be sealed or oiled to achieve your preferred sheen. Solid oak is prized for its strength, longevity and attractive ageing — it develops a richer patina over time and can be easily repaired by sanding and re‑oiling. As a blocked, single-piece worktop it’s straightforward to install: it can be cut and routed for sinks and drainer grooves, joined with standard worktop joiners and fitted by DIYers or professional fitters with minimal fuss.
